Our Keynote Speakers!

We are thrilled to announce that the first of our keynote speakers has confirmed. On June 28, 2012, Simon Critchley of the New School in New York will deliver a keynote address to conference participants.

Simon Critchley is a Hans Jonas Professor at the New School for Social Research in New York City. He has authored over a dozen books including the celebrated Infinitely Demanding: Ethics of Commitment, Politics of Resistance in which he argues for an ethically committed political anarchism. His most recent book is The Faith of the Faithless, on politics, religion and violence. He has been actively involved in the Occupy Wall Street protests in Zuccotti Park.

Stay tuned for news of our second keynote speaker who will give the closing address on June 29, 2012.

And keep the proposals coming: our new deadline is March 31, 2012.
